I ordered Vetericyn VF hydrogel spray which per the company carries a shelf life of 18-24 months. What was shipped to me had a shelf life of 10 months. I called to see what the options were and was told I could have a replacement provided I sent the first bottle back, at my expense. I offered the solution of a reasonable store credit which was flatly denied. I won't be ordering from this lackluster company again and I have two dogs and buy a ton of stuff.

Not only was VetRxDirect better priced than other sites, my order was shipped and received very quickly - within a few days. Very pleased with the service, we will use VetRxDirect again.

VetRxDirect offers great pricing, rapid (and often free) shipping, and a touch of small business in that I feel my order is personally atended to with an apparently hand-written thank you note and a dog treat to boot! I will continue to use this company and admire their style.

The Dogleggs is a wonderful product. The instructions are well prepared and I especially appreciated the "note" about padding the knee area with panty liners. Why didn't I think of that? Thanks. . my dogs legs are starting to heal already & he's only been wearing the harness for two days.
