This is a great company to deal with. The prescription for my elderly cat, Reggie, has always been correct and if they have questions they call either my vet or myself to check. Customer service is very pleasant and have always been able answer my questions.....very helpful. Once order is placed filling and shipping is quick. I am very happy my veterinarian used this pharmacy in the beginning and I will continue with VetRxDirect!

I had ordered from a competitor (Vet Dept), who skipped our order completely and was then out of my dog's much needed medicine. In distress I found Vet RX, placed the order and was very pleased-even after being completely upset with the other company! Vet Rx was fast! I had my dogs medicine in a few days! The packaging was so thoughtful too! There was a treat for my dog and a hand-signed note with my name-thanking me! I was so happy that my dog had her much needed medicine! I had to call and message the other company a second time, just to get my refund they had already agreed too a week previously.
