I recommend Vet Direct because they are very efficient, and the product arrives in one or two days. The only problem I've had out of two deliveries is that the package was in the sun during the shipping, and the caplets were stuck together when they arrived. It might be advisable to order multiple bottles of the product in the spring rather than make an order in the summer.

Super fast delivery at a fantastic price. Our wonder dog has a pacemaker and requires 3 daily meds, one of which is quite pricy from the vet and vet hospital. We'll be ordering from VetRxDirect now.

We have a little Yorkie that scratches incessantly and my wife found this product at the local vet. We ran out and unfortunately the vet had also. So, we found the product on the internet and bought a 16 oz. bottle for the same price as an 8 oz. bottle was at the vet. And just like magic, our Yorkie, my wife, and I got a good night's sleep. After we bathed our pooch the scratching stopped so we figured we had gotten 2 products in one. An anti itch dog shampoo AND a sleep aid all in one. We recommend.

When I spend the extra $$$ for 2 day delivery, and you IMMEDIATELY charge me for it, then sit on the order for THREE days before handing it off to the shipper, there is a PROBLEM. And then to try to beg off with a story about checking with my vet.....with NO communication to me to keep me posted of order progress tells me your people haven't the common sense of a flea. My pet's health is being compromised because you can't pick up the phone or send an e-mail telling me you AREN"T shipping the product the day you charge my card?................that is just nonsense!. I will NEVER buy from this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to ANYONE. I located a local source for the medication I needed...........was told it DOES NOT require a prescription, and got it the very same day...........so we have a major credibility issue building here.

Mr. Dub, We are sorry to hear of your un-satisfactory experience you had with our company. The charge you may have saw was a pre-authorization hold on your card. Once we hear back from your veterinarian and your order goes through, that is when your card is charged. I understand the confusion on that part with the hold and charge. Also, we communicate through e-mail if there is any complications with an order, and if an order is placed after hours on Fridays or on weekends, unfortunately we are closed and wont do any shipping until the next business day which would be the following Monday. Again we apologize for any confusion with your order, we try to make it clear and as customer friendly as we can because we know how important it is for the owners pets get that medication for there furry friends.
