Since it was a prescription they had to contact my vet which I provided the information for. Took a week for them To email and say my vet wasn't answering fax. I called vet and they hadn't gotten anything. Took over 2 weeks to finally have them pick up the phone to call and talk to the vet and get it figured out. Then I asked for it to be expedited since it took so long and of course they charged me. If you don't need a prescription I'm sure it's fine. But it was a pain!

Love ordering from here because not only does it save me money from buying from the actual Vet office but it also saves time because delivery is fast!

From start to finish I received excellent customer service. They were very prompt on faxing the prescription to the vets office for approval.
