Bought the cat atomizer and two refills last year for my cat who has asthma. The atomizer is great, easy to use, and it didn't take long for Rose to realize it helped her breathe when Mommy put that thing on her nose. I needed a refill on her prescription recently, ordered it online, they faxed my vet, she okayed it, and BOOM, I had my baby's refill in just a couple of days. I have recommended VetRXDirect to several friends, and my vet, who had never seen it, has recommended it to other cat parents.

This is the first time I order from this vendor. I thought it will take at least a week to receive the items I ordered. I was surprised when three days later they show at my doorstep.

I placed my order and they contacted my vet and within a few days I had my heart worm pills. Very satisfied. The pricing was reasonable too.

I was having trouble with my vet faxing my Fasa's prescription To VetRxDirect. "It is on her desk to complete." "Oh she did that this morning" "I'll fax it right off for you" were the responses the vet office gave when I called to remind them. Surrre. When I spoke to VetRxDirect I said that I was having problems due to the vet's office. Customer service at VetRxDirect helped me to finally get the script faxed to them to fill the order. I'm sure it would have kept kicking around the office without their intervention on my behalf.

I submitted an order for Heart Guard and my vet only approved one of the prescriptions because they wanted to perform an exam on my other dog (even though she had already been tested for hearworm) and Vet Rx Direct emailed me to let me know, they said I could hold the entire order until the other prescription was authorized or send half the order. I opted to wait to have the entire order sent. They were very responsive and the level of communication was great.
