When you need to get a med for your pet in a rush, here is the place to go. They offer everything you and your dog would need for an emergency, and they also have an app that you can use to order it. Simply click and order, and it will be delivered to you in a matter of minutes. To all the furmommies out there, you should give this a shot.

They always have the meds I need. They are very prompt in seeking veterinary approval, and they are so personal- not big boxed at all! I love this pharmacy for my animals.

VetRx always has been quick delivering Nico's daily eye drops and just this week their customer service went above and beyond when they got no response from my vet re Nico's heartworm protection prescription, with immediate emails letting me know and then updating me consistently as progress was made. I heartily recommend!

So glad my order arrived sooner that I thought. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.

Ordered Flovent HFA for our cat with asthma. It took almost two weeks before it arrived. According to their website customers are not allowed to call. So I sent them a message but they never looked into the matter. This was my 4th time ordering and my last. Zero customer service.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. The ordered product is restricted by Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to ground shipping. We shipped this prescription order the day after it was placed, but we are at the mercy of the carriers’ ground service time-in-transit for aerosols. Tracking indicates the order was delivered in five business days. We ask all pet parents to please give us extra time for DOT regulated products. There are only a handful; all aerosols and some topical parasiticides are examples. VetRxDirect prides itself in returning all voicemails, emails, and chat tickets within one business day. Usually, we return all messages the same business day. Occasionally, emails make their way to spam folders, of which we regularly check to make sure we do not miss our clients’ messages. We are very sorry we did not receive this attempt to reach out to us.
