I received a confirmation once I placed the order . Vetrx did not contact me by email or phone to update the order processing , shipping, order status. Did not contact the vet in a timely manner. My dog was without her meds too long. I had to contact customer service to get a tracking number. Pooooor

Easy to order... my vet was a little slow getting the approval in, but once they got it, they sent order quickly. Then one item has a defect and they resent a new one right away. Very satisfied with service.

After about 2 years of my using Vetrxdirect to buy Prozac & other medications for my 2 dogs, VetRXDirect made 1 mistake & 1 dropper issue on my orders. A few times I called to inquire about medications & their responses were constantly uninformed & their attitude was inconvenienced. They sent a medication to which the dropper was not working so I had to screw off the top & use a dropper I happen to have to administer the drops. They sent a replacement though the customer service rep was just not that friendly about it and again, I think she was trying to make me feel like I was lying or it was my fault (very odd). fast forward to recently, I paid for 100 pills of Prozac. I called & left a message saying I only received about 50. No response after 24 hrs. I sent an email saying I am short about 50 pills. No response, I left another Message STILL NO RESPONSE! I called & in the conversation of over a half hour figured out it was not 50 pills but rather more like 70 pills short! They told me that because I said it was 50 in the email, they would only send 50. I explained, quite exasperated, that I had not counted the pills, thus I had not figured out how many pills were missing exactly until I spoke with the rep and that just as a Human being over on their end made a mistake in the quantity of my order, I too made a mistake when I sent the email. Nicole, who says she's the top boss at vetrxdirect told me they'd send the 70 short pills but they will not fill my prescriptions any longer moving forward. So, in short, they made mistakes, they fired me as a client. Vetrxdirect sucks!

I have been a consumer of VetRXDirect for years and am so impressed with their service to provide products and prescriptions for our dog. Never a problem!
