VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

Easy ordering process. Delivery is always on time or early.

We were able to refill our Rx cheaper and much easier than ordering from our vet. Reasonable prices, easy prescription transfer and free shipping to our door made vetrxdirect a very convenient option for long-term medication needs for our cat. The reorder process was very easy as well. We ordered on a Monday evening, vetrxdirect contacted our vet for a refill on the prescription and we had the medication in our mailbox by Saturday.

Your company made ordering my pet meds so simple. The package arrived quickly and your customer service was top notch.

Quickly contacted me when there was a possible delay in filling my order and we worked out a satisfactory solution

I can always depend on Vetrxdirect to meet our pets need. They work with us and our vet to ensure we receive timely shipments. I have been extremely pleased with the responsiveness and customer service. .

Have used vetrxdirect a few times, each time the phone in customer service has been outstanding!!! Initial had reservations about sending in my cats Rx...thought it might be a hassle and a hassle to refill........ but oh my goodness, it was simple and fast as could be - completely, totally and without hesitation recommend this service.

Thank you for the easy ordering as well as the fast shipping. I will order from you again!

I ordered online and then had to call customer support for corrections and they took care of the order accurately and were very pleasant and helpful. Great customer service!!
