I have 2 geriatric golden retrievers, age 10 & 14. With Vet RX's extremely helpful customer service and "can't be beat" pricing I am able to furnish my loves the necessary meds that they require. If not for VetRX pricing this would not be financially possible, I thank you all!

Our German Shepherd Gunnar's eye's do not produce tears. We have to keep him on certain prescriptions that can be rather costly. We found at PetRXDirect we can get our medications at a reasonable price which really helps us. Gunnar is a beautiful shepherd, which we rescued a year ago in October.

I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that if you are new and they need to get a prescription for medication you may have to stay on top of both vetrxdirect and your vet in order to assure the prescription was actually faxed and that vetrxdirect actually received it! Other than that, it's a fast, easy way to get pet meds!

I order the same item every month and most months, the order is filled within two days. This past time the order was not filled for five work days and then with the holiday weekend, we ran out of the medication before it was delivered in the mail. It is hard to judge when to order the medication when some months it only takes a couple days, and others a week.

Laura, We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your order from VetRxDirect. We do try to process orders within 1-2 business days from placement of the order and they are processed in the order they are received. Sometimes we do not have the product on our shelf so we have to order it from our distributor which could add a day or two. In those cases, we try to inform the customer of the delay. This was the second time we ordered insulin for our older sheppard which meant it had to be kept cold. The small styrofoam container with the two small ice packs worked fantastic especially considering that the weather hasn't exactly been cool in Texas. We'll definitely order again.
