They are totally awesome - super quick secure shipping! My baby was almost out and just to get a 5 day supply from the vet cost more than ordering from VetRxDirect! Wouldn't change service for anything in the world!!!!

I like the fact that the price for my dogs insulin is 39.99. This isn't something that I choose to buy, if I don't get it my poor Gizmo will die from diabetic coma! I am unhappy with the fact that shipping is 14.99. I understand its packed in ice, and has to ship the next day. I just wish I could get medicine/insulin for Gizmo that doesn't cost 60.00! We are a family of 4 and with jobs and hard economic times...letting the dog die isn't an option. So we have to cut the budget elsewhere to get Giz the insulin he needs! The site and customer service people are great! The nicest I have ever dealt with, the price for a necessary item is where I clutch my purse strings.
