You saved me by sending me a product my dog needs and quickly and you always put a nice cookie that he eats right away and so it must be good. Thank you for your quick service and shipping and always have this product at a low price.

I found VetRxDirect on line when I was looking for a good company to get Gizmo's much needed eye drops. The drugs stores that do handle pet medications were so expensive and VetRxDirect was more reasonable. I don't have a lot of money and I love my dog with all my heart and want to take good care of him if at all possible. So I've been getting his medicine for over a year now. They are reasonable and the service is reliable and fast. The only thing I would change would be the cost. It would be nice if it were a little cheaper.

Made a mistake on my order, called and it was corrected immediately and cheerfully. The cat treats "meowables" are special to my cat, she loves them and they are very healthy - a great product. I was notified of their sale for Friday the 13th so I bought some extra to put in the freezer for her. Love the free shipping when you purchase a certain amount. Came very quickly, I was so surprised to get it as fast as I did. Five stars for VetRx is not enough!

I was able to speak with a rep very quickly with questions about the order process requiring vet approval. Delivery from West coast to East coast was very quick and exceeded their expected timeframe. Thank you!

I'm soooooooooo pleased with the service that I received at VetRXDirect! Before I placed my order, I emailed them with a question. I received a prompt reply. I emailed back a couple of times just to make sure I was ordered the right thing, and each time they emailed right back! The guy assured me I was getting the right thing, and I did! I mailed in my dogs script and promply received the order in the mail. I have to admit, this is the first time I have done this, and was very skeptical about ordering this way. Their service was quick, easy and saved me a ton of money! I will for sure order from them again when I need anything else!
