I've been ordering Glyco Flex III for about a year now. The product has made an observable improvement in my dog's mobility. With each timely delivery, VetrxDirect includes a cookie treat for my dog and a signed thank you postcard for me. Great service! I'm very impressed.

Our Ollie needs eye drops and herpatic medication to stay healthy and happy. The eye drops were prescribed by a specialist in a veterinarian hospital 1 1/2 hours from our home. Our local vet did not have access to the eye drops and could only provide the herpatic medication in powder form - which Ollie did not like. VetRxDirect had the eye drops and the herpatic medication in a soft treat form that Ollie loves. We can even use them as treats for being still while we give him the eye drops.

Ordered a harness for my dog for post - surgery. Arrived later than promised, and by the time it got here, I'd had to purchase one elsewhere which arrived in two days. When returning the harness to VetRxDirect, I was told that there was a 10% restocking fee. I didn't see that when I reviewed their returns policy, although I now see that it is there. Regardless, it was their error in not getting me the merchandise in time, and yet they still opted to charge the fee. Not a big deal from a monetary standpoint, however, there are dozens of reputable vet supply/pet supply websites out there, with comparable or better pricing, better delivery and free returns. There is categorically NO reason to use VetRxDirect.

I can easily order my dogs' meds and they will contact my vet for the script...then quickly shipped. Quick, easy and painless.

Placed my order and they took care of the rest, including contacting our vet to arrange the Rx. Great prices, as well. Will definitely order again.
