I searched the internet to find a good reliable company to buy my pet meds and thought I would try this one. They contacted my vet and I had my meds shipped within three days! Could not believe how helpful they were to get me started, I was having trouble getting my information in and this really nice lady walked me through all of it and got my order set up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants fast service and save you a bundle of money!

I expected a little more from this place. I meant to order one BOX of 100 needles, but I accidentally ordered one single needle. When I followed up by email asking for help in fixing the mistake, nobody ever replied. I sent three emails and eventually had to call them. All they said was "place a new order."

I live in a small town. My vet is inconvenient to get to. My kitkat has to have meds everyday. I'm able to order online, they call your vet so you don't have to, they package it and mail it and........I was paying 52 cents per pill at my vet, I pay 9 cents at VetRxDirect ---- no lie - unbelievable I know :)

I would definitely recommend VetRxDirect to others. When my vet did not respond to their fax quickly they contacted me so I could call my vet's attention to it. I received my order within two days of their notifying me that they had received my prescription. My only concern is that the inner cap had open hole where you insert the oral syringe and some of the medication may have been lost in shipping. Perhaps a seal of some type could be placed over the hole.

When renewing my order for a pet supplement, I chanced upon VetRxDirect. I found it at a better price point and delivery was swift.

I had ordered a RX online after getting a shock from my Vet's price. I was quite pleased to find that the same RX would be about half the price from VetRXDirect. I followed the instructions, and did my part to get the order started, but when I hadn't gotten a confirmation online after a couple days, I called customer service. The gal I talked to went to work to track down what had transpired since I placed the order. She found that they were waiting for an okay from my veterinarian. I then called my vet to find out why they hadn't responded to the RX request, and I was told that they had responded - 2 days earlier. After my findings the customer service rep then resent the request to my vet and the order was approved. It took a whole week to get the RX to my door, when it's typically a few days, but I have to say the customer service dept was excellent in getting the issue taken care of. I will order from VetRXDirect again.

I've been using VetRxDirect for about 8 months and have never had any problems. I receive my orders in a timely manner and, unlike some other sites, the prescriptions are never mixed up. I will continue with this company and do recommend it to others.
