Well done, fast and efficient!
I am placed my order online on Monday and my dogs meds arrived on Thursday. How convenient is that?... And the price was one THIRD of what my veterinarian would have charged me..

Best price! Fast delivery!
I've shopped around and VetRxDirect has the best price on Phycox and you get a bonus free bottle with your order. And they always include a treat for the dogs with the delivery! Their shipping is really fast so I never need to worry about running out of the supplement.

Best prices and selection around
My two goldens are on a number of medications. Luckily for me, I can get all of their prescriptions filled at VetRxDirect for the lowest price around. My regular prescriptions are saved so all I have to do is click a button for a refill. The package is delivered in a couple of days. And my dogs love the homemade biscuits that are included in each delivery.

Bad Experience
I ordered meds for my dog, it sent me an email telling my that it was on its way to be shipped. After that, I did not hear a tracking number for 2 days. I had chosen overnight, but what good does it do me being shipped on a damn Friday. I'm considering another option to get this meds.

Mr. Carlton, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience at VetRxDirect. Unfortunately, prescription medications can be delayed for several different reasons. If it is a new prescription it has to be approved by your veterinarian which can definitely delay the order if they do not get back to us right away. Compounded medications also take 1-2 days to make which is stated on the website and will delay the order. It is also stated that shipping transit is from the time it is shipped and not necessarily from the time of order. We are sorry for any inconvience and appreciate the feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect
