I order my dog's tick collars from VetRXDirect because I get the same quality service and speedy delivery every time, and they send him a healthy cookie in every box. I was pleasantly surprise to see it had a special winter shape in December too.

Ordering pet prescriptions online is not a speedy thing, but when my cat runs out of her med, I place an order with VetRxDirect and I know it will be handled carefully and accurately. The delays I encounter are generally due to my vet not authorizing the prescriptions in a timely manner (if your vet is like this, you might want to ask VetRxDirect to call the vet directly for a verbal authorization). The customer service rep who handled my incidents is friendly, efficient, and I can tell she cares.
