When I called to check on my order, the staff was very polite and efficient in their responses to my questions. received my cat's medication in a timely manner, and they sent a little bag of kitty treats with it!

So I normally order from that other site (petcarerx aka take for ever!) And it litterally take 2-3 weeks to get it. VetRxDirect (aka speedyrus) had it to me in 3 business days, with a handwritten thank you note. I will be a customer for life!
