My experience with this company was very good. Good price although I would have preferred less shipping cost. Had to talk with customer service as my vet. did not receive the prescription request, (even though it had been sent). They were very helpful and attentive. We got the prescription and my product was sent right away.

I have always used 1-800-Pet Meds, but they didn't carry the new eye medication prescribed for Teddy. VetRx did, so I will probably use them for everything from now on.

My vet actually referred me to this website to buy the medicine I needed for my dog, but she said it doesn't matter where I buy it from. I searched a lot of different websites for price comparisons, and this was the cheapest (while still looking reliable) place available. I placed my order that night and chose overnight shipping because I wanted my dog to start taking the meds right away. The next day VetRxDirect got right on it. They sent my order to my vet to verify the prescription, and was able to ship the same day. I had the medicine in my hands the following day with no problems. Highly recommended!
