These guys never fail to impress. They have great customer service, you can always find someone there to help out when you place a call, WE have been using VetRx for years now, and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my pet meds. Had one instance where we had some shipping issues and i voiced my concern, and they were more than helpful and clearing up the issue and making it right. GREAT COMPANY!

I still do not know where my package is. I never received a Shipping Confirmation. I got an order submitted. Are you real? My CC has been charged and nothing shipped. Then I get this stupid email wanting my opinion. Well you got it. I am calling Amex to complain about your company.

I called b/c after receiving the item I just purchased, the seal on it was broken and I asked about the color of the contents. The representative, after putting me on hold for a second, said it was not worth taking a chance and said she would send me a replacement and to return what I had. I was very appreciative b/c it shows that your company cares about my pet and their welfare. Not to mention, how the company was willing to replace the item. I am grateful that there is still a company out there where the customer is important.
