Quick response
Have been ordering insulin for two years now. For the first time, fed ex did not deliver as expected the next day. Due to the need to keep it cold, I knew the shipment would be unuseable when I received it. Customer service at vetRx Direct immediately sent out a replacement order for me. I was very impressed with their quick response.
