I called the customer service line at VetRxDirect.com to see how to order my cat's new medicine without having a script yet. She was very helpful and told me exactly what to do and that I should call my vet and give them a head's up that they would be contacting them to speed up the process (helpful). I placed my order and received it in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the whole process. I will definitely be refilling my cat's medicine here! Oh, my vet was charging $160 and it was only $127 here after shipping. I had looked at several pet medicine sites for this medicine as well, some did not have it and others were more expensive.
