This was my first time using VetRxDirect. I have a dog with Atopic Dermatisis, and they offered both the Cyclosporine and Ketoconazole for far less than anyone else I could find that was rated an A+ by the Better Business Bureau. There was an issue with the dose which had the potential to delay delivery so I had to contact their customer service who proved to be polite and efficient and I received my order one day sooner than expected.

I ordered the flea and tick product at the end of one week and received it at the beginning of the next. Great, Fast service! Thank you

I was alerted that my vet had refused to send the Rx because my pup had t be seen first. I was notified of this by Vet Rx and quickly made an appointment. Vet Rx then refaxed the Rx request. I was concerned with the time this would all take because my pup was out of hr Rimadyl. Vet Rx promptly send the medication so she only missed one day. Very pleased.

My dog really enjoys his chewz, keeps him occupied and they are good for his teeth.

I ordered Revolution for 3 of my cats, and got a nice price break on the quantity purchased. However, the website was not clear about ordering the product for multiple pets. It allowed me to enter the names of all three of my cats and even though I clicked on quantity one for a year's supply, it increased the quantity to 3 for the three cats. This is not clear until you hit the purchase button and receive a confirmation for 3 times the amount. I called VetDirect immediately after receiving the confirmation and they corrected the quantity on the spot, and resolved that issue. I had the one year supply within 3 days and was pleasantly surprised since I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly. All in all, it was a good buying experience since the quickly corrected the quantity issue.

This company carried something I needed and could find nowhere else except the veterinary hospital for TRIPLE the price. Great prices and nice to deal with
