VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

Service delivery was fine

After I ordered meds from VetRxDirect, they contacted me in a timely manner and my dog's meds were here before I knew it. The only snag was that I didn't get a follow up email confirming that they were able to secure my dog's Rx and that they were on the way. I had to call them. Very friendly ,helpful and courteous on the phone.

They faxed my vet for the prescription which my vet faxed back the same day. However, they never updated my order so my rabbit went a few days without it's meds. I anticipate things to go smoother from now on.

Fast service and accurate shipping of orders. Can't beat the prices anywhere I've seen , and your doggie gets a treat and a hand written note from the staff !

I've used VetRXDirect for 3-4 orders and I am very happy with the ease of the website, the prices, selections, service and shipping! I will definitely keep using them

I ordered my pet's medication on the 13th. VetDirect said they shipped it on the 19th and it is now the 27th (2 weeks from order date), and I still have not received the medication. FedEx tracking did not verify the stated shipment date.

Did everything right!

VetRxDirect has the best prices I have found so far when it comes to online pet medication. Once you place the order they will contact your Vet for the prescription, if necessary, and then ship the order quickly. Most of the orders quality for free shipping.
