After reviewing your order information, we do show that we can corresponded with you regarding your refund via email several times as well as provided an update via telephone. Your refund has been processed and as stated on the telephone, it can take between 3-5 business days for the credit card company to receive an post the transaction to your account. We are terribly sorry if you have missed any responses that we have sent. Please let us know if you do not see your credit by the end of the week. We are sorry to hear that Chloe is not responding as of yet with Arthro-Ionx. Unfortunately, the timing for relief and results will vary with each pet, and 11 days may not be long enough for Chloe's body to respond effectively. Have you tried the crisis dosing at all? Is that being mixed with water and sitting all day or is Chloe drinking that all right away? We are sorry to hear that your dog is experiencing such discomfort and irritation. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. This can also depend on how the product is given, how severe the symptoms were to start and how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients. Derma-Ionx does come with a spray bottle that you can use topically, however it is intended for internal use for optimal results. It can be done up to two times daily if needed, which is our crisis dosing. We do encourage customers to give our products at least 30 days, with regular use.
