Bad quality of stitches
Bad quality of stitches, the hat itself is low quality and I received an additional hat that was not mine but belongs to another veteran. I wrote an email to return it and I never received any response from the company. No phone number to contact and the email for support doesn't have to many options. I do not recommend purchasing any items from this company.

Poor quality …
Received my caps today and I am disappointed with the quality of the stitches. My retired cap have senior chief anchors and not master chief. My veteran cap have the wrong color anchors and they don't look like anchors. Very poor quality products.

The hat is great
The hat is great. The problem is they made it an officers hat by adding the scrambled eggs on the brim. I was enlisted.

Received the wrong color hat
Received the wrong color hat. I was in the Navy and was sent a red hat which everyone knows is a Marine color. Also, in the ad it shows receiving the hat in a box. Mine came in a plastic sack stuffed in my mail box. It was quite wrinkled.

I received my new cover (hat) a few…
I received my new cover (hat) a few days ago and I am very happy with it! It is well made and fits very well! I was born a Marine on February 29, 1969 at MCRD San Diego! I will wear this cover proudly everyday!

Wrong color hat, VERY POOR customer Service
Wrong color hat was recieved. Vinci in Customer Service refuses to admit they made a mistake and just fix the problem. Countless emails going back and forth. I looked into the company, not sure the Veteran Owner Danny is a real guy. They do not publish their company structure anywhere and have multiple hat companies from the same address in Wyoming. Take your business elswhere!
