Product was not shipped as promised
Having gave vet approved RX 3 redeeming chances this is the last time I will order thru them as twice before product was not received as agreed and was told I would be given a refund for added shipping no that did not happen . I have found product available thru Amazon and in fact had to order thru them and got it before the order arrived from vet approved RX . Shoppers beware order well in advance of needing product and save the money for express ship because the way I see it the product only comes express after you call demanding what you have paid for and they finally et around to shipping it out !

I am sorry that your product did not arrive at the time you expected it. You placed your order on Sunday Feb. 7th at 8:44pm and your order was processed and shipped on Monday the 8th. It shipped priority mail as you requested. Priority Mail is normally 2-3 business days. Your order was delivered on Friday the 12th. We have refunded your $3.99 for the Priority Shipping even though we cannot control the time of delivery of the post office. We want all our customers to be happy with our service and strive hard to make it a great experience and be the best in customer service. Thank you for shopping with us.
