Excellent price and service especially if you take advantage of free shipping, but plan ahead, like most vendors free shipping means your order doesn't ship until a few days after it is received by them.

i had a bit of the issue with my vet would not approve the RX over the fax (she does not trust internet providers) but she was OK to give me the RX on hand instead. VetApprovedRX needed the original RX since they only accept faxes directly from the vet offices so i had to hassle to mail it in BUT 4 days after mailing RX in i got notification that my order was on my way. Overall turnaround was 2 weeks. My only issue - no one called me asking to mail the original. VetApprovedRX probably should have contacted me telling me there is a problem. I was waiting on RX to be confirmed by vet. I did not know there was a problem. Good thing i had to come to the vet for an appt on unrelated issue to learn she did not approve it by fax

Friendly and very helpful staff when contacted. Shipping is fast even on the slowest rate. Very good products.

I am glad you sent this. I would like to thank Sandy for her help. My vet dropped the ball and didn`t send the script for my dog. She knew how important it was and phoned the vet`s office and got the approval. then she rushed my order out so it would get out that day!!! Thanks to Sandy, the shipping dept. and the pharmacist I received my order. Your staff makes your company!! I will tell everyone I know to do business with you. And thanks to you folks my dog Sadie is recovering from a terrible skin allergy.
