I've learned to follow up with my order to make sure my vet is faxed each time I order. Because of my dogs condition, the timeliness of getting her meds is important. And when the rep doesn't fax my vet and delays her meds I had to pay extra to be certain we got it in time.

I started using Vetapprovedrx about 6 months ago. My dog takes some very expensive cardiac medications and after sending 1,200 dollars in the first year just on his medication, my vet recommend that I do a search on line to find them cheaper.
