I have been ordering from vetrxexpress for about 3 months. As a rescue and rescue foster, I work with/foster dogs who are neglected, starved and abused. This wonderful company has saved me $$$ and gone the extra mile to serve my needs to include ordering a product that they had not carried before. Big shout out to Cheryl!

Vetapprovedrx.com is one of the best websites on the internet. I only stumbled upon Vetrx a little under a year ago, but my savings have already been huge. My first purchase was for joint supplements for my old man puppy. Getting the supplements from Vetrx I got 40% more supplements for about 20% cheaper; That is a huge savings. I now purchase everything I need for my best buddy from them at incredible savings. There shipping time is also amazing. The longest I have waited for and order is five days. That was an order I placed at 9P.M. and one of the days was a national holiday; so It was really more like 4 days or a little less, which I think is very quick. In other-words, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Poor service. Ordered 122 Rimadyl and still missing 1/3 of the order. Called and spoke with CS staff. I have never heard a word back. You charged me for it and got your money but I have not gotten what I paid for. Really, sad, Really Poor!
Response from Vet Approved RXMar 7, 2014
Mr. Benson, We sent you 86 of the Rimadyl chewable tablets so that you would have the medication to give to your pet. We know it is important to get the medication that your pet needs. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. On occasion we do run out of some popular products. We did expect our order to be in on Monday, but due to the weather in our surrounding area the remaining order has not shipped. We have been tracking our orders and expect it tomorrow. We do value your business and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will ship your entire order as soon as the product arrives. We thank you for your order and will send further correspondence through your email.
