This is how I felt about the handling of my order. I live in Alaska....so I figured I probably wouldn't see my order before a week (or more) had passed. Imagine my surprise when I got my order in JUST 4 DAYS! I am totally pleased and will certainly order again from Vetapprovedrx and will recommend them to my friends.

I get the impression (from several calls I've made to Customer Service) that this is a family owned business. That may not be true, but they seem to care about taking care of their customers. I've had several dealings with them and have to say they are willing to do what it takes to gain your repeat business. I'm very satisfied with them.

It was easy to place my prescription order. They contacted my vet in a timely manner and shipped the order immediately. The price was great.

They must process orders within the hour they're received! My order came almost immediately. This is the second order I've placed with them, and won't be the last.

My dog can survive without her medications. Sometimes I get down to the last couple of doses before I remember to order. It is fast and easy to reorder when I still have refills. My medications get to me within a few days. She has never missed a dose!
