I placed an order for Sentinel for my two dogs on Wednesday. That same day I mailed the two prescriptions by priority mail. They received the prescriptions on friday. The product was quickly shipped and I received just as fast. Very happy with the whole process, especially the price. Great discount versus the vets price and even better than any other price I could find online or at Costco or Sams Club.

After many disappointing results from other on-line vet suppliers I found one that delivers at the price and speed it promised. this first time customer is pleased and will continue to use them for future purchases.

When my arthritic dog needs his meds, he needs them now! VetApprovedRX provides absolutely no indication during the order cycle that they don't have your product in stock. They take your order, send you a confirmation and you hope for the best. Last Thanksgiving holiday, I ordered Rimadyl with a 2 week supply remaining. I was never told they were out of stock. With only a few days supply remaining, I had to reach out for order status and was informed they could not provide the full 180 tablets before I ran out. They did send 1/3 of the order, but my dog went two days without. His grunts and groans were not entertaining! This company needs to be able to show how much stock they have on hand (which is not already sold) to remain competitive with other sellers, who provide more transparent information. They do have a nice little coupon that you can use for $5.00 off of your next order, if it works. I had to contact their web support for a credit during my last order, which they provided with an apology. I've been ordering with them for about 2 years, so that's about 8 or 9 orders. Of those, the last three were a lot of effort . I see a declining trend in service at VetApprovedRX.com, which is why I didn't blow off this survey.

Mr. Lynn, We are very sorry that your pet had to be without his medication because of our system or lack of communication. We are a small business and we do care about our clients and their furry companions. We do care that he was in pain and uncomfortable and we apologize. We have made changes to make sure and communicate with our clients in the event that there is any type of delay in processing the order or prescription. We appreciate your constructive advice for our site because we do want to keep our clients happy and we want to provide the best customer service. Barry Miller DVM

Cheryl is a pleasure to work with as she helps me with my orders. She's courteous, quick and knows her stuff. My vet gets the paperwork immediately, so the order ships pronto, and my pets have their meds via USPS a few days later. I also appreciate the prices!

I didn't realize I was running out of Denamarin for my cat. Received the medication within 3 days at a great price. Thank you!

Item came damaged. This was due to the shipping companies miss handeling of the package. Because of vetapprovedRx's handling of the situation everything turned out perfectly. Thank you for the care and concern that was shown during a bad situation.
