I have just received my third order from Vetapprovedrx. Everything has been perfect every time! The company I ordered from previously apparently went out of business so I found another online company with the worst and most unbelievable service ever. I then found Vetapprovedrx whose price was a little higher but has easy ordering, reliable service and fast shipping. I signed up online, but accidentally hit "Canada" instead of "US" for country - and couldn't figure out why I couldn't order my dog's pills! So, I called the 1-800 # and the woman was so congenial and helpful. She helped me figure out the doffus thing I had done - and fixed it for me. She was very nice. I liked the selection of items that were available. I wasn't that happy when I requested three day delivery and paid for it and it took five days to get to me. They don't state that even when it is being mailed priority mail with the post office that three days means 3 business days not three days. Otherwise the products arrived in great condition, the customer service was great when I asked questions about the mailing and overall I will use them again
