I was ordering K9 Advantix II flea and tick treatments, but apparently clicked on Advantage II. I called VetApprovedRx and spoke with a very kind and polite lady named Cheryl. She was most gracious in taking care of my mixup. In two days I have received the new shipment and will be returning the Advantage II when I go to the post office tomorrow.
