I ended up canceling the order and placing it with Chewy. These people seem like amateurs. I placed the order, waited three days without any word from them, and then finally called. I was told the product needed vet approval. Not sure when they were going to tell me that. Furthermore, Chewy did not require vet approval and sent the order the same day they received it. Avoid this company if you can.

Don't give them your money. I ordered my dog's medication over two weeks ago and it's still nowhere to be found and they won't give me a refund. Their customer service is terrible and "Cheryl" just wants to argue. I'm out $68 and now I don't have the money to get my dog's prescription filled somewhere else.

i really liked the open communication though it seemed to take a bit of time to receive our pup's meds. i would use Vet Approved RX again.

Our dog has Addison's Disease. She requires injections and prescription medications for the rest of her life. I was pleased to find the Zycortal Suspension for a much lower price. The transaction was fast and flawless. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I'll definitely check with Vet Approved RX for the prescription needs of our other 5 fur babies.

Did an internet search to find medicine for my dog that was OTC. Was happy that they not only carried the item, but had it available in stock. I appreciate the prompt packaging and quick delivery. Placed an order for gel capsules almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received shipment. Apparently when they have bad weather everything stops including the mail service (USPS). Good thing what I ordered was not critical
