Worked out cheaper than if I bought from the vet. It also arrived in good time to keep the regime up with my dog so no chance of getting infected

wonderful company
Ever since my dog was diagnosed with EPI, I have been a customer. They have the best prices, and offer free shipping. The best part is that there hasn't been a single complaint on my behalf. Everyone I talk to is very friendly. My packages get here quick, and if the prescription has no more refills, when I call forthe last refill they ask if I want them to contact the vet so when I call again, it's already taken care of. Wonderful company and wonderful employees.

You get the exact medication you ordered, at a much better price, and FAST!
We have been using Vet Approved Rx for our two basset hound's medication and have always gotten what we ordered with no mistakes at all. The prices are always cheaper when we did price comparisons with other web sites. With having two basset's who have multiple medical problems, having a company like this means peace of mind in many ways -- correct medications received which were shipped quickly and correctly (no address mistakes) and medications at a cheaper price. We are so happy we found Vetapprovedrx.

Did not receive item ordered
I ordered a bottle of Ivomec to treat one of my dogs whose dam passed on a poor immune system for mange. I started him on a Thursday and he only had a mild breakout on his legs. My order came on Friday but was not what I ordered. Since they are not open over the weekend, I had to wait till Monday. They also do not do overnight shipping so it was 2 days before the correct item came. In the meantime, I ran out on Friday and actually did not get my order until Thursday due to the fact that someone had placed an erroneously delivered bill in my box and I thought the mail had come that day and did not check it again. So it sat overnight in my mailbox. Now my poor dog has a further outbreak on his neck. I am not happy and will not order from this company again.
