Shipping is always very fast and the enzymes my dog needs are the cheapest I have seen. During the last order, I had to call customer service to check on a prescription and to update my address. My vet's office had not sent in the prescription and the customer service representative I spoke with, Cheryl, actually took the time to call my vet's office and get the prescription. Cheryl was wonderful. I had to call back the next day to make sure the package went to the right address and I spoke with Cheryl again. She was just as wonderful the second time around. She knew a lot about my dog's condition and was just as kind as anyone could be.

I have ordered my dogs meds here several times. They are efficient on contacting the Vet I use either faxing or calling them to make sure I get the correct meds. This usually is done within 1 or 2 days of placing an order. Once my vet reply's only another day or two and I get an email from Vetapprovedrx that my order is being processed. Their prices are competitive to other web sites if you compare med cost + S&H.

I've waited 3 weeks for delivery, and when the package arrived, finally, I've been charged another $22 for customs!!! The total is astronomical! I'll never, ever, order from that company again.
