Usually I receive my order within 3 days, it has been over a week and I still do not have my. Prescription. Great service, in constant contact found package and got it here. Will order here again.

As we have an excellent relationship with our veterinarian, Vetapprovedrx allows both of us to keep costs down, reducing the clinic's overhead on maintenance medications and prescription foods while allowing us to purchase large enough quantities to save on shipping. Not a replacement for the vet and not intended as such; they just make keeping pets more affordable.

Very easy to work with. Their prices are the best I've found. My products were shipped within 24 hrs & I received them 3 days later.

The best prices and great turn-around time to fill and ship purchases. The website, however, is not as user friendly as it should be, in my opinion. For example, if you search on "Rimadyl" you will get Rimadyl 75mg, Rimadyl 25mg, Rimadyl 100mg, Rimadyl Caplets and Lisinopril!! What does Lisinopril have to do with Rimadyl...according to the description, nothing. Also, if you search for "generic Rimadyl" you just get regular Rimadyl and then a lot of other products that have nothing to do with Rimadyl...like thyroid medication. It's just too hard to find what you are looking for unless you know the exact name of the product. Also, there should be a "Pain Control" (or similar name) in the category listings on the left hand side of the page....it's fine to have it with the "Arthritis" category above, but it can easily be missed if your pet doesn't have arthritis related pain. Additionally, I think the Rimadyl chewables should all be listed together rather than separately according to milligrams. Just list Rimadyl and then in the table below, list the various strengths and give an option for the various amounts of medication with the associated prices. That one change would really help clean up the unnecessarily long list of products. If you know what you are looking for, then it's fine; otherwise, the website does not make you want to stay and shop around...you just want to get what you know you need and get off the site because its frustrating to just shop around...again, that's my opinion but I have shopped for many years for my pets products online so I have visited many different websites. Otherwise, thanks for the great products at great prices! The 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5 is due to the website.
