I purchased two dog products - one was prescription. I provided my vet info. they called my vet to authorize medicine. Process & delivery very fast.

Significant savings on the items I've needed to purchase and Cheryl at the info@ email address is always very responsive and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because its very old school to have to snail mail in an RX from your Vet (if your Vet won't email or fax it themselves, which mine won't). It would be SO much faster and easier to be able to scan and email or fax the script from the Vet to them. This could however be a state or federal law and they may have no control over that part !

My package, ordered Jan 23rd, only left Houston yesterday, Feb 2nd, so I can't really comment yet.

Easy to deal with, very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Contacted the Vet for current prescription. Quick shipment and correction of amount sent.
