Vet Approved RXReviews of vetapprovedrx.com

No problems on ordering. Very fast delivery. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was first attracted to Vetapprovedrx by their price. Next I insured that they provide the "real thing", not a generic. They went beyond the call of duty to get my dog's meds to him on time. I gave them the wrong FAX # for my vet by accident but they pursued that order and saw to it that it did indeed arrive when needed. It wasn't a life-threatening ailment by any means, but quite uncomfortable without it. Between the personal attention and the price, they earn my future business for sure! And P.S. I've just placed my 2nd order and have had the same excellent service.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with VetApprovedRx.com! They are saving our Rescue Group so much money and they can save money for you too! Their products are top notch and the same as you can get at your local vet's office, but much cheaper. They are always available to answer questions and make recommendations. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

This is my second order & have been pleased both times. Order processed fast & price much lower than at vets.

I have been ordering from this company now for over a year, and they have the best prices for dog medications than any other pet websites. Service is above great and shipping is quick even if they need a rx from the vet. I highly recommend this site if you are looking for any cat or dog meds. Thank you Vetapprovedrx. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Was easy and fast!!

I will definetly use this product again

The prices at VetApprovedRX are very competitive for most products. They also appear to be based in the US (very difficult to tell from most pet med sites). My only problem is that the service from this company is very slow and you don't get much in terms of feedback or updates. During checkout, for prescription items, you get the choice of mailing them your prescription or they will call your vet. I picked the latter. Several days later I got a call from my vet saying that a pharmacy called them, but they (the vet) has a policy of not giving prescriptions over the phone/fax. So I had to mail them a hard copy. But I never got any notice from VetApprovedRX about this. So I then e-mailed them to let them know it was on the way, and requested that they let me know when they receive it. They did not do so, and the Status page on the website didn't give any information until a couple weeks later when it said it was filled (but still not shipped). The whole process took several weeks. Not sure why it took so long to fill and ship a couple items, but when they did finally arrive, they were in good condition. Overall I'm satisfied with the quality of the product, the pricing, and the fact that it is a US-based company. But the snail-paced prescription fill and delivery knocks them down a couple stars.
