Glad I found out about their web site. Was paying four and five times the price for the same product that is available to me from VETAPPROVEDRX. Appreciate the cost savings as being retired is getting rather expensive. Would recommend them in a puppies heart-beat!

I was searching the internet for best prices of Synovi G4 and they were the lowest overall. I placed the order and received the shipment way sooner than I expected. I, after visiting the vet wanted to check prices on the heart worm. Again best price, called them while at the vets gave them the information (vet name and fax # for the script) It was done that evening and again got the shipment within days. I have ordered on line and on phone and no issues at all. Very prompt, polite, efficient. So glad I found them and recommend them to others.

Had a hard time getting the Cetyl M joint med. It wasn't in stock and had to be ordered during all the bad weather so it was delayed getting to you. Then the post office took 4 days priority mail to get it to me which is only the next state over from you. TN to southwestern VA. My chocolate lab was out for 5 days. I had decided not to order from you again but the very nice service rep.(I can't remember her name) was so considerate and helpful that I changed my mind.

I ordered Leaks No More from them, last month. After not getting a shipping notification in a timely manner, I emailed to ask what the status was. I received a response quickly stating that due to the weather and tons of snow, they couldn't ship anything out. I told them that I totally understand and please let me know when they could ship. When there was a break in the weather, they sent me a shipping notice and within a couple of days, I received my order. I will order from them again.

And they are very helpful on the phone. Great at communicating with my vet. My vet appreciates their Great communication as well.
