Excellent service, very kind and helpful personnel -quick delivery!

I ordered 2 boxes - 12 months with $4.99 shipping. We have the approval from our vet but they call to say sorry- we can only send one box because of the expiration dates the second box would be expired. I asked for a concession on shipping charges but in the end received only one box and shipping was still $4.99. I will not do business with them again.

I ordered my dogs medication on fifth of the month.The company .said it had gone out.after multiple correspondence ,it now the 18th of the month and poor Isabella is still without her cushings medication.They had made several errors on their end from refills to shipping errors and all they had to say is we'll deduct the shipping cost.Really?? Are you kidding me.Ive watched getting worse all week.Im appalled at the lack of concern for my baby's health.

My order shipped on 5/6/15 and as of today 5/14/15 the USPS has not delivered. Normally I would receive delivery in 3-4 days..

This company is extremely easy to work with and I will continue to use them for my pets needs.
