Vet Approved RXReviews of vetapprovedrx.com

I have ordered from vetapprovedrx for about a year. Having seven cats, I make frequent orders for flea prevention, heartworm prevention, and Feliway plugins. I have always been extremely satisfied without any complaints. This month they started carrying prescription food. Now I could order everything I needed at one place, including my once a month purchase of a large bag of prescription food. I was very excited when they offered a Summer Sale of 10% off the entire order. To make it even better, the flea prevention that I purchase and divide up was offered "buy 6 tubes, get 1 Free". Upon making my large order, I was disappointed to be told that they would not honor the 10% off the entire order AND give the free tube of flea prevention when I purchased 6. It was explained to me that I could only get one special deal per order. I really felt like this wasn't actually giving what was advertised. So, if you ever use the $5.00 off PROMO discount (found on your receipt) for your next order, you would not be allowed to get any special sales they are offering or free items that normally would come with your purchase. I don't feel that it is fair.

My dealing with Vetapprovedrx has always been very good. They are helpful and concernedd about our pets. Thank you

I place an order and received it...all without hassle. My kind of company.

Fair Prices, fast shipping.

I've been with these people for about 3 years and they are truly great. Never had a negative experience.

I ordered 4 items and was told that some were going to be in stock later, by the end of the month. Only a week passed and I had the full order at my door. That Was faster service than I had been expecting.

Another wonderful transaction. Plus it all was on sale!

I have used your service 2 times, one online and one over the phone... when I used the phone the customer service was very helpful and offered me a product that saved me some money....
