Posting "in stock" status would be nice
I ordered a bottle of Mometamax for my girl. I paid for priority mailing because I really needed to get the product as soon as possible. It's a prescription product and I placed my order on a Monday. My Vet turned the approval around within an hour of me placing the order. On Wednesday I had not yet received anything from Vetapprovedrx except the order confirmation so I called to check the status. They were waiting to get the product delivered to them. Here's the thing. Apparently they didn't stock the item and had to order it themselves before they could ship it to me. They got the product on Thursday and shipped it that day. I didn't get it until Saturday. So I placed the order on Monday and it took until Saturday for me to receive the product. It would have been really nice if they said whether they actually have a product in stock. If I had known there was going to be that long a delay, I would have checked for a size that might have been in stock, gone to a different vendor or gotten a smaller bottle locally. Something... I really needed this product for my pooch. I understand if this is just the way it is. These prescriptions have a shelf life and are expensive. But better communication, up front, would have been nice.

Thank you very much for your review. We keep our prescription medications in stock in almost all cases. Mometamax is a product that we usually do keep in stock. We have an in stock filter planned for our website update that will be completed in October. I personally apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you and your furry family. We are passionate about taking care of our clients needs. We will contact you regarding this issue. We do appreciate your business and allowing us to be part of your pet's healthcare needs.
