There have been problems as with any mail-order purchases, however these folks bendover backwords to solve them anyway they can. Totally responsible for their customers. I can't remember any other company working that hard for me in the last 40years, and they are just plain damn nice to deal with. Vetapprovedrx has good prices on their products and overall a good experience. Took longer to get the package than expected....my vet approval came within 24 hours of my received order, but my order was not scheduled for shipping for five days (to be fair three "business" days). It then took another three days to get the priority mail package (part of the delay was that the box was sent from a "service" sender rather than directly from post office). Overall still a great deal, but I really needed one of the medications (and ran out) so I will know better and plan ahead next time.

I have been dealing with Vetapprovedrx for some tine now and every time I call them to order I speak with Cheryl. She looks up what I bought the last time so I get the right joint meds that I need.
