Great customer service. I will say the company stays behind their product. When they realized my concerns and problems using the outdoor screen I bought from them a few months ago - Holton called me and immediately resolved the issue. Was impressed with how he was handling my situation.

Too much time between online order and receipt of goods. Product is spectacular!

Both walls came broken. Hopefully they will make it good. So far they are responding to help.

Product is exactly what we are looking for: easy to assemble/set up, durable, and cost-effective. Most of the time the products ship later than expected or the shipping time is slower than expected. We also struggle with communication with the shipper often. The product is worth it!

To be entirely fair, my concerns were not especially of critical importance. These sound absorbing walls I honestly think are just too short for my intended usage. They appear to not change the sound in my space at all. I was curious about a return policy but I’m outside of the time requirement. Not mad about it. I’m sure I can make use of them or sell privately. One thing worth noting and probably the most significant causality of the “average” rating: Your customer service rep asked why I waited until now and it was literally only because it took that long to receive an email requesting a review. I even sent her a screen cap as proof of receipt. Again. I’m honestly not upset at all. I’m sure your product would be great in a smaller space.

Disappointed I was not able to speak with an individual 5 minutes after I placed my online order. In error I ordered an extra panel, realized immediately and was told my order had not processed yet so they could not correct. Never received a follow up. So I paid for and received an item I have no use for. Customer service is lacking! You are very clear all sales are final, however, you also state to immediately address any error in ordering. I did.
