Timely and helpful.

Great product!

I placed my order on line 5 days ago for a product that was to ship in 2 days. I called today to see if there was any way to track the shipping so I could be sure to be home when it arrived. The customer service person said I would get a tracking number when it shipped. Upon her further investigation she then informed me that the item is not in stock and nobody knows when they will receive more. No one called or emailed to let me know it was on back order. I proceeded then to cancel the order completely. The company gets 1 star. The customer service person I spoke with was most helpful and apologized for the company not notifying me. She gets 5 stars.

Helpful and easy experience

Products are great and we have ordered multiple times and in various states. My only issue is the delivery service options (which are expensive) do not offer delivery into a suite. So once I pay $500 for shipping and delivery, I still have to have the large, heavy boxes moved up the elevator and into the suite at another cost to me. When I called to speak to Customer Service about this issue, the person on the phone was curt and not concerned with losing business.

Arrived on time.

This was the product I needed for a temporary wall with a few angles. When done it can be used elsewhere. Storage is flat and it's easily transportable for it's size. Versatile for other uses such as display and/or tack board performance.

My first set of dividers had a defect in them and Versare warrantied them and I had them within a few weeks of the claim.
