Versare Solutions, LLC.Reviews of versare.com

I wish there were actual photos with colors to see what that color looks like in an office setting. To pick off the small swatch pallets is extremely difficult. I reached out to customer service for photos connected with colors and was sent again the pallet of small swatches. Very frustrating, why can’t they add on this divider say “Color Shown is Slate!”

Horrible experience. ***After receiving Versare's response to my very honest review, I would like to add that they tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee on damaged products I refused to accept on delivery. It wasn't until I said I would turn the incident over to my legal team that they "decided" to issue us a full refund.***

Order sent to billing address instead of shipping address.

I am expected to find the exact kind of packaging and placement or positioning of the walls, wood, cardboard and wrapping for sending these acoustic walls back. I don’t have any way of knowing how to do that and I would’ve appreciated the company doing it themselves because they know what they want and they are more skilled at it. Now I’m stuck with these walls in the garage because I’m allergic to whatever they were made of.

Customer service is very friendly and easy to work with. The website is user friendly. We had no issues!

Do not have update of delivery, I wait for 15 days, and find out you are out of stock and material. But no one advise us advance. On your website, you indicated the delivery would be within few days....

Products exactly as described. Shipping costs and timelines were fully reasonable.

I bought two 6' Versare black room dividers as light shields for astronomy (to block neighbors lights they leave on 24/7...DON'T do this, bad for nature and humans). The Versare screens are SOOO much better quality than the one I bought from Overstock.com (thin cloth, small base, required 100 lbs of sandbags on each stand). The Versare room divider are thick canvas (ie good weight), with a good base. No need to use sand bags outdoors (carrying 4 50lb sand bags for each light screen was not fun). Great products!!
