Good product.

I am 100% satisfied with my order. There was a little back and forth with customer service about a couple issues, but eventually they made it all right. I am very satisfied with our end result and I would recommend their product. Holton Stricklen was my customer success rep and he fixed all of my initial product issues. It is only because of Holton's service that I became a satisfied customer. We purchased the hush panels and they do absorb a good amount of sound. They are not sound proof by any means, but they absorb enough so there is no more echoing in our lil warehouse office. I chose the charcoal grey color, which I love! They were SUPER easy to install! Just keep in mind they are partitions and not permanent walls. They look great!

Update: Versare reached out and has refunded us for the panels that were damaged in transport. I was not looking for a refund because I used the panels, but they offered. I am very happy with them and will order again in the future Original: The panels arrived damaged. I am able to hide the damaged area, but our first shipment also arrived damaged. The product itself is great, wishing the boxes could arrive intact.

Terrible return policy. No assistance. Stuck with unusable product

I called with a shipping question, and Alvin was nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He gets 5 stars! However, we were later in contact with other customer service reps via phone and email, and they were not helpful. The email response I received seemed like they hardly read the message I sent. It was curt and unhelpful. We resolved the issue on our own, with no help from the company, and with a less-than-ideal solution.

Communication was great! Item arrived in good condition. It works perfect for my space!

Their Customer Service contact was able to resolve my tax exempt issue right after my purchase.
