Great Product!! Our order arrived in good time & everything was securely packaged with nothing missing. Setup was fun with no tools needed except for mounting our wall brackets onto our metal siding. We are happy with the product & will definitely recommend it to others!

Product good, service awful
The walls themselves looked good and are working for our space. However, the customer service to receive the walls was absolutely awful. The delivery service that works with versare was five hours late with the delivery “because they loaded the truck wrong.” Then, the delivery service refused to deliver my walls to two door options (completely accessible by other delivery trucks) because “they could not fit” and dumped my product in the middle of a busy Philly street with a major attitude. After talking the supervisor, I was told that the company basically prioritize “scratching their trucks” over customer products. They said that if they cannot deliver, the product gets sent back or thrown away. How is that the customer’s issue if they live in a busy city?? Why do you offer to deliver to major US cities if the truck drivers are afraid to deliver to buildings?? Versare- highly recommend that you find another delivery contractor or your going to have more low reviews.

They made my grandson's New York apartment look like what a young man needs, organization, space to work, entertain and enjoy an open space converted into a home.

Credit Received Fast
I emailed your Customer Service Department because we are a tax-exempt organization and were accidentally charged tax. Angela responded so fast! I was super impressed! We are super busy so it is very much appreciated that I did not have to spend a great deal of time pursuing this credit. Thank you, Angela!

Must not know tools are required
I ordered the EverBlocks. Product stated 2-3 week lead time. Arrived 8 days after ordering. Flabbergasted at how quickly they came, very positive! Had ordered a “kit with door.” Spent several days arranging and rearranging the blocks to my satisfaction. The children’s building blocks are 0.96 cm tall, 3.2 cm long and 1.6 cm deep. These blocks are approximately 15x larger: 15.24 cm tall and deep, 30.48 cm long. If you grew up with the child’s blocks, you know how to connect and use these.
The kit was an L-shaped 10x6 feet and 7 feet tall. I wanted 12x2 feet but they don’t come this long, and I took this into account when ordering.
There are NO instructions, no idea how to build this except to guess based on a YouTube video that shows how to start. Took me almost 2 weeks to build this so it wouldn’t fall over. I used all the blocks to create a 12 foot long wall with 3 feet of open space to place the door. I ended up having to increase the width, a child leaning on the wall as shown in the videos would knock it over. No problem, I will just have to order more blocks.
The problem came when I opened the accordion door box. This door comes from a third party. There ARE instructions included here, including information on sawing off the bottom if you don’t have 80 inches of clearance from ceiling to floor (I do, again taking this into account when ordering; there’s a reason the kit only comes in 7 feet tall [82 inch] configurations).
The instructions for the door include screws, for screwing in the door jam. Say What?
The online advertising specifically states “No tools needed,” but the door clearly disputes this claim. I would need to screw holes into the blocks to attach the door, either making this a semi-permanent structure or basically destroying several blocks to attach the door. So much for being able to reconfigure the blocks later should you choose to. You’ll need to make sure these blocks are in the exact same place on any new configuration, plus hope that screwing in the door jam doesn’t simply destroy the blocks (they only have a thin wall, and they are plastic). I determined that I have an accordion paperweight. I decided not to install the door. That’s one star off.
The 2nd star is their inability to allow anyone from coming to get their product. I’m 30-35 miles from their business. I felt I could easily rent a truck, drive it there, load up and go home, getting the product in less than 3 hours. I tried chatting with someone, getting nowhere, the person only stating they charge a flat 20% shipping fee. I was fine paying that, but wasn’t sure about how delivery would occur. Their website states something about a semi-truck making deliveries and how it would cost extra for them to “lower the product to the street” and another fee to bring it inside my building. This didn’t even address when I would receive it, only that someone needed to be there. The person I chatted with online wouldn’t even entertain the idea of my coming to get the product, even after paying for the shipping. Being able to get the product on my timeline instead of a shipping company’s, was much more important to me. Heck, I even felt an employee could rent a truck and deliver the product faster than a shipping company, and pocket the shipping charge. Like I said, the online chat went nowhere. Several weeks later (this was still prior to my ordering) I called an 800 number and spoke to someone who informed me it would be sent by either FedEx or UPS.
I ordered on June 21, 2023 and received an email a week later that FedEx would be delivering the product. 14 boxes. I had to spend the entire day waiting with my garage door open, waiting for the FedEx truck to deliver my packages. I could only imagine the boxes being left on my front stoop and lawn, possibly getting stolen, if I wasn’t there.
FedEx picked up my product from Versare, drove it to their facility 50 miles away (an additional 15-20 miles in the opposite direction), held it there for a day, then moved it to another facility 20 miles from me before loading it onto a delivery truck. They gave me a 4 hour window in the middle of the day for delivery, with the “by the end of the day” caveat.
I received the 14 boxes, no damage. Only the paperweight door that I can’t use. Fast turnaround from my order, a great basic product. Will order more blocks to finish my wall which no longer needs to be 7 feet tall.
