The product is great, shipping however was very poor. It took 6 1/2 weeks to be ordered, built and delivered. No communication was sent as to why it was "awaiting shipping" for 5 of those weeks. I had to call several times to find out what the delay was.

I love my VersaDesk. I hated sitting all day long and now I dont have to.

I placed an order and then was told my order was delayed, very unsatisfied as I requested (and paid for) an earlier delivery date. Ordering process was very disjointed, sales appears to be uninformed about what the product/processes are. And why the hell is Trustpilot sending me a survey in Spanish??? Exemplifies my entire experience with Versadesk....

Great product. Works perfectly. I use it on a daily basis to relieve pain on my body from sitting to long. Highly Recommend

This review is both for my experience with the VersaDesk Company, as well as with the product itself. The product I have purchased multiple times now is the PowerPro 36", and my experiences with that product has been very good. Each one I have purchased (around 6 of them now) has performed exactly as advertised with no issues. However, I have had several instances where the packaging department in VersaDesk has either left out importance accessories from the package (like the bag of hardware to mount the keyboard tray). Or there were two units where clear tape was affixed to the finish surface of the keyboard tray that left sticky residue when peeled off. Another unit arrived with the wrong color hardware, chrome color when the unit was black. Or there was one that arrived missing the grommet covers. And in one case the frame of the unit was actually bent to the point where the unit would not raise properly. I have taken up all of these concerns with their customer service department, and in the case of the missing hardware bag, I asked them to send another bag of hardware and that I needed it ASAP, and it took two weeks for it to get to me. In the meantime I had to rob screws off of my other units in order to put that one together. VersaDesk makes a good product, but they have issues in their packaging department that they need to resolve.

I have not gotten my desk yet, but the customer service is awful! I wanted to change my deliver address and when I called the 1-800 number on the website, No one every picks up and no one every returns any calls.(I have called 10 time if not more) And to me, if you have very poor customer service that tell me a lot about the company. And to be complete honest, I was thinking about cancel my order because of the customer service. If it’s this bad now and I don’t have the desk, what happen when the desk does come and I have issues with it?????? I even sent your customer service text from the website today. I got an email telling me someone would contact me and 5 hrs. later I still haven’t heard back for you. Feeling very uneasy about this company.
