Prompt delivery, solid construction
Prompt delivery and only took 10 minutes to remove from box and set up my computer on it. Wonderful that it is virtually completely put together already when it arrives. Solid construction so it is firm when typing on the keyboard. Vertical movement is swift and smooth. Highly recommended for purchase!

Service was just fair to me
Service was just fair to me. I emailed to ask a question on why they showed my order shipped on Monday and Fedex says it was not pick up. It took 2 days to get a response. Not sure why it took so long but it was just a simple question. The order was picked up by Fedex on Tuesday. The emailed response was not very warm either. It was very cold and abrupt. I would just think you would want your customers to have a better experience. Still waiting on my desk to arrive.

I love it
I am standing at my desk now and love it. It was simple to put together, arrived fast and LOVE it. We are thinking about getting one for the rest of our staff!
